Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and author who won several prizes. Her movies include Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). When she was in New York, she was born and raised into an artistic family. In the beginning she was employed as an assistant to photographers. In the future her work changed towards modeling and directing. The first two films she appeared in her name was acknowledged as a winner of an award called the Golden Globe Award as Most promising young actress. MacGraw was a household name in the year 1970 following her hit movie Love Story. She was considered for nomination to an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. She was named the best box office star in the globe after just three movies. Her footprints from 1972 and autograph were engraved on the wall of Grauman's Chinese Theater. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw was married three times.
