Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows that use single arm pull downs with lats. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
