Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief Person Officer at Learning Ally. She is accountable for leading the entire People, Culture and initiative related to talent. Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve the business objectives, especially during periods of fast development and change. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate people and business strategies into strategies, goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management including employee participation and transformation. Passionate about leadership, she sees the development of teams and their learning being the key to an advantage in the marketplace. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leadership and coaches with demonstrated results. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied creativity in learning as well as the ability to change. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer for Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several different non-profit organisations. They include participating as an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association that is based in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and aiding Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
