Rachelle Lefevre
Rachelle Lefevre was born in Canada. Lefevre's first acting job occurred while she was working in a restaurant. An Canadian film director came across her while Lefevre waited tables. Later, Lefevre moved from Canada to Los Angeles where she earned the role of a regular for the movie What About Brian (2006). When Lefevre was working at a Montreal sushi establishment in her teen years, a regular customer heard about her desire to become an actor. He got her in contact with an acting director. It was the result that led to the creation of a Canadian TV sitcom. Her appearance was on numerous shows of David. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004), that eventually lead to a role in his 2008 U.S. adaptation of BBC popular Life on Mars (2008). Lefevre was raised by her parents in Montreal by her father's French family, however she learned to speak mostly English. The most prominent role she played was Catherine Hardwicke's Twilight adaptation, which is the first book in the popular series of teenager vampire books.
